Antimatter is a sandbox 4X strategy and RPG game set in a procedurally generated galaxy.
You manage everything from planetary colonies to interstellar trade, fleet design, politics, and exploration — all within a living simulation. Build cities, outposts, and space stations; customize ships; shape policies; and deal with factions that react to your choices. It’s a game about complex systems, focused on depth, flexibility, and letting you solve problems your own way.
About Me
Geoffroy Pirard is a 31-year-old French developer and professional software engineer. Before becoming a programmer, he spent nearly a decade working as an independant shopkeeper and online seller.
He began developing Antimatter in his free time on April 15, 2020, alongside a full-time job working on a military-grade simulation software. As of March 2025, he transitioned to a part-time schedule to dedicate more time to Antimatter, pursuing his long-term vision for a deep space strategy game, and finally deliver the promised game to his Kickstarter backers.
